Herdman consenting to a redtiction in the number of Judges from eight to seven. The Bill was read a third time, as was also the Police Offences Amendment Bill. The Education Reserves Amendment Bill, Distress and Replevin Amendment Bill, and Mutual Fire Insurance Amendment BuT were read a second time, cbißsTdered in Committee, and passed~their final readThe House rose at 11.30 p.m.
