MASTERTON LADIES'. CLUB
1 There was a largo attendance at the-adjourned annual meeting ortlje Masterton Ladies' Swimming Club, held in the Technical School last evening. The chair was occupied by. Mrs Blaokman. , Five new niembers were elected. The following ■ officers were elected tor the ensuing year: Patroness, Mrs "W H Ifosking; President, Mrs Black-nan" (re-elected); dents, Mesdames Bunny, N Beetham, J. Caselberg, Graham and, N. Campbell; committee, Mesdames G Perry, J. Casejberg, Liddle N. James, iGraham,. Logan. Bunny Kendall boradinp, , Collier, Pethenck, Misserßurnett and E. Perry; lion, sumeph, Dr Helen Cowie; .girls' cam2, Misses Petherick A. O'Leary, E. O'Leary, A. Perry, C. Graham, Brown, D. Vile; secretary, Miss VG jf™n decided to hold the annual carnival during the latter end of February, but,, if euffich; not received the committee have power to postpone thei ©vent., Melrs Cooper and Atkins jere elected delegates tdi the New Zealand Bwi.m-.ning Association. ! The secretary was instructed to write to Mr G..W. Sellar, thanking him for auditing the club's hooka \n enthusiastic and successful meeting was terminated with a vote of thanks to Jfe Blackman for presiding.
