WITH ARBITRATION LABOUR

DUNEDIN, Last Night,

A commencement was made to-day with the discharge of tho Dorset and the Turakina, About 30 new men took part in-the unloading operations including some ten farmers. As tho Arbitrationists were con-

veyed across the harbour from the Moeraki, they were subjected to some hooting by the,crew of the Victoria. By two o'clock the number of men at work was 80. The discharging of 80Q tons of coal on the Kamo was also proceeded with. There were no disturbances of .any kind.
