IN CONNECTION WITH CANTEENS. (Received Last Night. 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, Nov. 29. The War.Office is cpurt-martialling five quartermasters for brib'o'ry ar.il corruption in connection with canteens.
NAMES OF, OFFENDERS

Tho five quartermasters charged with bribery are Major F. "Walker, Captain J. Fowler, Lieuts. G. R. Barlow, T. Potter and W. J. Armstrong. All have risen from' the ranks.
