TRANSPORT WORKERS MAKE v OVERTURES. 'Times' — 'Sydney Sun' Svecial Cables, (Received Nov. 26, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON. Nov. -5. The transporters in Dublin are making overtures to the shipping companies to re-open the port until the crtngresis raeets on December 9th, the opening to be conditional on the companies refusing to carry the goods of certain firms.
