ANTWERP WOOL SALES.
LITTLE ANIMATION. LONDON, November 22. The Antwerp wool sales opened with irregular competition and little animation. Of 1686 bales of La Plata wool offered, only 819 were sold. The prices for fine crossbreds and fine merinos of the new season's clip were about the same as last auction rates, while medium and ordinary wools were easier. The common crossbreds were withdrawn, the offers not being acceptable.
