MONTEZUMA MINE. The secretary of the Montezuma., Ltd., received the following telegram on. Tuesday: "Sluiced 108 hours, treating 3000 yards, for a return of 17ozs. 3dwts." WAEHI MINE. The following cablegram, has been despatched to the London office of tho Waihi Gold Mining Company:— No. 9 level: Dreadnought lode west of Empire lode east—Crosscut, 45ft driven; 36s per ton. The reef is about 3ft wide. No. 1 Level: Royal lodo east—26ft driven; 19s 1 6d per ton. At 538 ft east the lode is. 17ft wide and worth 39s 6d per ton. Royal lode west — 26ft driven; value, per ton, 6s 6d. Empire lode, north section —Intersected at 137 ft in No. 2 shaft southeast crosscut; width of reef Bft; value 9s 6d per ton. Dreadnought lodo east22ft driven; value per ton, 795. Edward lode, south from. No. 2 shaft —2sft driven; value, 52s per ton. Crosceut at 314ft —Next sft crosscut to the west wall to hand; next 20ft, crosscut to the east, value 26a per ton; east wall to hand, Crosfecut at 367ft—First 25ft in crosscut to the east, value 9s 6di per ton; first sft in crosscut to the west, value 102s per ton; next 4ft is country rock. Crosscut at 262ft—First 20ft in cross-cut-to the east, value 13s 6d per ton; first sft in crosscut to the west; value 5s per ton; next 4ft is country rock.
