THE WOOL TRADE.
AMERICAN MARKETS. UNLIMITED PROSPECTS. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.20 o'clock.) LONDON, November 20. Messrs Dalgoty and Co., Ltd., are making big preparations for shipping Australian wool to Araorica, owing to the alteration in the tariff admitting wool free, while previously the duty was tenpence per pound. The prospects are unlimited for trade, particularly when the Panama route is completed. Australian shippers are strongly advised to visit the United States and make their own arrangements. Prices are likely to become high.
