The authorities have issued a circular forbidding aii'mou to risk their lives in attempting acrobatic flights. REMARKABLE 'LOOPING OF THE LOOP." (Received November l"j 10.15 a.m.) PARIS, November 16. Mr Hucks, an English aviator/performed four times a remarkable "looping of the loop." Twice he was head downwards for thirty seconds. Despite wind and rain, M. Hanonill, a Frenchman, then "looped the loop" twice. He flew head downwards for twenty seconds.
