ing, tho crow remained' on board, except a fireman. Another was obtained, and the boat got away. The Kairaki crew was paid off to-day, but another crew was engaged, and she will get away to-morrow. The captain of the Holmdale sent to tho 3>epartment for an interpretation of the articles, and received the roply: "The coastal final port of discharge is the port where the vessel completes the dischargo of her cargo after tho round trip."
