(Received Nov. 13, 8.30 a.m.) VIENNA, Nov. 12. %wo Austrian dragoon officers visited the editorial office of the Socialist (paper LfhWz, and demanded *n explanation of an article objectionable to them. They drew and flourished their swords, and injured several members of the staff, who eventually disarmed the intruders. The police marched, the officers to the guard-room.
