SEVERAL PERSONS SENT TO GAOL.

WELLINGTON, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Robert Hill was charged with assaultiii" a constable in Taranaki Street on November 4th, by hitting linn with a bottle while lie was arresting another man.
