WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Wellington Operative Butchers' Union held a meeting last night, which was largely attended. Jhe matter .of the strike was considered, and the attitude winch the union should adopt towards it After considerable discussion the following motion was carried unanimously:— "Whereas the members of this union are «olelv engaged in supplying the public with one of the principal articles of its daily food, it is considered that thev would be acting in the best interests of all concerned if they remain at work. This meeting hereby resolves accordingly."
