PARLIAMENT.
In the Legislative Council yesterday the Tramways Employees Bill was lead a first time. The Mutual Fire Insurance Act Amendment Bill was read a second time, as wore also the Government Railways Amendment Bill and the Shipping and Seamen's Bill. In the House of Representatives the Mining Act Amendment Bill was introduced by Governor''!* message, and Toad a first time. The Bank of New Zealand Bill ! was debated at great length.
