Tho greatest reticence is 'being observed regarding President Huerta's representations to the French Cabinet with a view to meditation. It is considered most likely that France will agree to such action. MEXICO CITY, Nov. 7. All able-bodied men found in the streets are being impressed. WAR FEVER AUGMENTED.
{Received "Last Night,, 5.5 o'clock.) MEXICO. Nov. 8. The war fever at Vera Cruz has augmented since tho American battleship Rhode Island anchored inside the harbour commanding the fortress.
