IS IT TRUSTWORTHY? 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Nov. 4, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON. Nov. 3. The Mexican correspondent of The Times says that all news distributed through Mexican channels is untrustworthy, owing "td tho" "yellow press" being, often paid by the rebels for sympathetic reports. He personally investigated tho matter, and found that both tho rebels and General Huerta would expel any correspondent sending news unfavourable to their particular ends. He instances the Government's reports to the effect that all the States w-ero free from fighting, but ho found, personally, that four of Hie railways running from the United States have been blocked by fighting rebel troops—mostly uneducated persons—whof were not controllable by their officers. The men plunder rich and poor alike, and, not cdntent with killing, they mutilate the bodies of the killed.
