TRACK OUT AS BY A SCYTHE; 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Oct. 30, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 29. The South Wales storm lasted only three minutps, but the damage caused is estimated at £50,000. The tornado exit like a scythe a track two hundred yards wide through the woods.
