Charles Gates, better know as "Spotlight" Gates, described as the greatest spendthrift in the world, and son of millionaire Gates, died at Wyoming after a week's revelry. The deceased once told an interviewer that he gave £200,000 a year in tips alone. He added? "I am unable to take it with me when I die."
