(Received Oct. 22, 9.40 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 21
A memorial service for the victims of the Zeppelin airship disaster was held in the Garrison Church, Berlin. It was attended by the Kaiser, Kaiserin, the Royal Princes, Count Zeppelin, Herr Bethmann-Hollweg (the Imperial Chancellor), Cabinet Ministers, military and naval chiefs, and foreign attaches.
The service was very impressive. Naval and military detachments saluted the remains of the victims inside and outside the church. The cortege proceeded on its way amid the tolling of nu-nberless belk. The Kaiser's six sons marched behind the last coffin as a guard-of-honour. The concourse of spectators was enormous. . ■■
