CONTRARY TO COUNT ZEPPELIN'S JUDGMENT.

It .is stated that Count Zeppelin, constructed his last airship on lines contrary toi his own judgment, at the request of the naval authorities. He regarded the new type as less safe than the old. MEMORIAL SERVICE.
