(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Last Night. A salvage gang has been working on tho Tyrone since Tuesday. A suspension ladder, composed of wire hawsers, with boarding attached, has been constructed from the ship s quarter to the bottom of the cliffs, a safe landing fo>r the men being thus assured if bad Tlv©&tli©r kots in suddenly. Some of the salvaged mateiial has been towed round to the harbour in the ship's boat, and deposited on the Matariki hulk, which is moored in the vicinity of the Kaik, for the purpose of receiving such mateiial.
