(Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.) ADELAIDE, Oct. 15. Mr Peter Waite, a well-known agriculturalist, has presented to the Adelaide University his house and 134. acres of land at Urrbrae, near the city. The value of the gift is £50,000, and will be used for the purpose of establishing an Agricultural High School.
