(Received Oct. 11, 8.30 a-m.") LONDON, Oct. 10. Mr Reginald McKenna (Home Secretary) has directed that Suffragettes arrested for serious crimes shall not be released because of "hunger-strik-ing/' and forcible feeding be employed.
