A BIG SCHEME
(Received Last Night, 11.30 o'clock:)" LONDON, October 10. The Daily News states that in connection with the All Red route a contract, valued at a million sterling, has Been placed with the Perry Company. The contractors s will build a harbour at Blacksod Bay and a railway from Coollooney to Blacksod Bay, via Ballina Channel, the train being ferried across the Irish Sea. The News adds that the scheme has passed the theoretisal stage*
