It is officially stated that General the Marquis Katsura has collapsed. He is suffering from brain complicar tions. .
[The Marquis, besides being a soldier who has rendered distinguished service to his country—he achieved the Army reform as well as winning 'battles—was also prominent in politics, having twice been Prime Minister otf Japan.]
