A GIRLS' SCHOOL.
The announcement that a Girl's School is being established in Masterton in connection with the Anglican .community will read with considfcraMe interest. There can be very little (doubt that such an institution, conducted on the best educational and business lines, will be largely patronised. The lady Principal is of high scholastic attainments, and pupils will bo taken right through to the University. If, as is anticipated, tjie institution p develops into ft Boarding School, it will be of very considerable commercial value to tho district. We are glad to see that private enterprise is being employed to advance tho educational interests of the Wairarapa. , If the establishment of a Girls'" Collegiate School is followed; by the .provision-of-an Agricultural High School by the State, Ave shall s<>on have reason to be proud of our educational institutions.
