INDIAN MARRIAGES.
NATAL COURT'S JUDGMENT,
(Received Last Night, 11.5 o'clock.) CAPETOWN, October 3. Judgment by the Natal Courts declares that Indian marriages will not be regarded as monogamous, if celebrated by a religion tolerating polygamy. The Immigration Act provides for the admission of monogamous wives if the marriage is celebrated according to the rites of any religion outside India.
