(Received Oct. 3, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 2. j" The Admiralty 1 has decided to re--'/.yert to the custom of naming ships after naval celebrities. All destroyers, past, present, and future, are being officially grouped into classes each having its class letter painted on the foremost funnel. The names of thirteen destroyers of the 1913 programme are announced. Teh include the names of famous naval officers.
