Three young men who were found "kegging" in a stable at midnight on Wednesday, were brought before the Count to-day. In regard to one named William Kirwan, the Magistrate said he was a problem, and had spent enough money in fines to have built a email house. He was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment. Another named John J. Finnerty, who had been before the Court twice in the last six years, was sentenced to one years' reformative treatment. A third accuSed named David Simpson was convicted and discharged. J" '
