SYNDICALISTS IN CONFERENCE. dimes' — 'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Oct. 2, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 1. At the Syndicalist Congress, the delegates were assured that the revolutionary organisation is progressing in France, where it is regarded as the driving farce against militarism, patriotism and capitalism. The proceedngs were noisy, the English delegates threatening to withdraw in consequence of the personalities exchanged. Confusion prevailed for fcomo time. The chairman appealed for order, but before he could bo understood it was necessary for the appeal Ui bo interpreted into French and German.
