WELL-KNOWN PLAYWRIGHT'S 'Times'—'Sydney Svn' Special Cables. (Received Oct. 1, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 30. Mr Henry Jones, the playwright, in a lecture at Sheffield, urged the oreaticm of municipal repertory theatres, and that mayors should patronise such theatres as frequently as' possible, and give the greatest publicity to their official visits.
