SEDITION IN INDIA.
NATIVE POLICEMAN MURDERED. (Received this morning 12.5 o'clock.) LONDON, Sept. 30, Hali Padodeb, senior head constable of the Criminal Investigation Department Calcutta, was shot in the head in College Square, where the Nationalists hold their meetings. TPhiree shots were fired, all being effective. Hie murderer escaped. TEhe crime is associated' with the Bengali unrest and Hali Padodeb tracking a political offender.
