NATIVE POLICEMAN MURDERED. (Received this morning 12.5 o'clock.) LONDON, Sept. 30, Hali Padodeb, senior head constable of the Criminal Investigation Department Calcutta, was shot in the head in College Square, where the Nationalists hold their meetings.
