G&ING TO DUBLIN. 'Time*'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 7.10 o'clock.) LONDON, Sept. 26. The announcement that Sir George Astarith, Board of Trade Commissioner, is going to Dublin has created a more cheerful spirit. The strikers' executive has sanctioned the troops guarding the tramway stations and depots day and night. - There is a growings feeling amongst Unionists and moderate Nationalists that the prospects of the conference are improving.
