RECONNAISSANCES BY AIRCRAFT.
ONLY MODERATELY SUCCESSFUL 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Sept. 25, 8.30 a.m.) , LONDON, Sept. 24. Reconnaissances by airships and aeroplanes during, the current military manoeuvres were only moderately successful. The majority returned negative information. Potent atmospheric conditions are said to limit the value of air-craft as adjuncts to an army.
