FREAK LAW
PEOPLE MUST NOT GOSSIP. (Received September 18, 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 18. At Marinette, Wisconsin, the latest freak law, that against gossips, has been enforced. Peter Resold, a Niagara resident, was arrested and charged with gossiping about a girl acquaintance. The Court warned him against repeating "the practice and dismissed the case, pointing out that the Wisconsin law did not allow gossip likely anyone's reputa-* tion. ,".'.
