LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP
WON BY MRS GUY WILLIAMS
(By Telegraph — Press Association.) NAPIER, Last Night, In the New Zealand ladies' golf championship final Mrs Guy Williams, of Mastertoln, beat Miss Robieson, of MasllsKon, by 6 up and £) to play. In the consolation Bogey Match, Miss Crosse came first among the short handicaps, and Miss) Darcy first among the long handicaps. The prizes were presented and the visiting players entertained in the evening at a ball in the Municipal Theatre. [Both Mrs' Williams and Miss Robiesdn are members of the Masterton Club, and will be complimented upon their success. In the semi-finals, Miss Robieson beat Mis§ Collins (the late champion) by 2 up and 1 to play, and Mrs Williams defeated Mrs Slack 2 up and 1 to play.]
