At the Supreme Court to-day. only three criminal casesxwere set down, and all were disposed ofi A charge of criminal assault on an infant girl resulted in a# Three young men (brothers) were charged with unlawful mischief* by injuring a motor car they had used without permission. They were also!acquitted, but it was "stated that they remain civilly liable.
