IMPRESSIONS OF AUSTRALIA. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Sept. 11. The British Parliamentarians were , greatly impressed with their northern trip, and spoke eulogistically of the beauties and potentialities of Australia generally. A great gathering of the legal talent assembled in the Supreme Court to witness the admission of the legal members of the party to the New South Wales Bar. An imposing ceremony was. conducted, and subsequently the whole party were the guests of the Chamber of Commerce at lunch. The President of the Chamber of - Commerce declared that the visit would help towards a greater mutual understanding and sympathy,- without which nothing in the Empire'' ideal could be achieved. Sir Joseph; Walton, in replying, said the visitors had viewed with pride and admiration the development already achieved by Australia,* and congratulated, the Empire on what Ana- ' tralia Had done.
