The estate of the late Duke of Sutherland has been sworn at £l,220,905. The document contains twentyfour thousand words.

The will bequeathe to the widow an annuity of £9OOO during her widowhood. The second son receives £150,000 and the daughter £IOO,OOO. The Canadian property is divided equally between the wife and children. Annuities of £SOO are left to each of the late Duke's secretaries, and handsome legacies are left to the majority of the servants, fte desired that his body be cremated unless hie wife objected.
