Mrs 0. Bunny is spending a few days in Wellington, Mr and Mrs J. V. Gordon hare gone to Wellington for a holiday, Mrs Rowlands, of Lansdowne, is the guest of Mrs Nitz, of "Stansborough," East Coast. Miss Banks, from the Hutt, is spending a short time at "Brooklyn." Mr and Mrs W Kebbell have returned from Wellington, and are at present staying at the Club. Mr and Mrs Dagg, of Masterton, are visiting the Empire City, Mr and Mrs E. Chalmers (Masterton) , have been staying with Miss Ghalton on The Terrace for the Julius Knight season in Wellington. The engagement is announced in the Weekly Press of Miss Meta Lothbridge, only daughter of Mr and Mrs H. Lethbridge, of Turakina, to Mi' J. M&son, ortlv son of Mr And Mrs , John Mason, of Bulls. Thd'.Misses Fellingham, of Kaliau•fcara, are on a visit to Nelson. " Mr and Mrs David Sutherland and Miss Sutherland, of "Hinakura," Martinborough, returned from a visit to Australia-by the Manuka on Wednesday. Mrs W. G. Lamb has returned home after a short holiday with Mr and Mrs H. E. Andrews, of Hastings.
