WORKSOP DREDGING CO.

ANNUAL MEETING. The sixth annual 'Meeting of the Worksop Gold Dredging Company was I held in the company's office, Porry I Street, Mastorton, on Monday evening. Tho following were present: Messrs D. J. Cameron (chairman), N. Miller, R. J.- Dagg, E. Richards, E., Richards, jun., H. C. Robinson, and , the secretary. In moving tho adoption of the annual report and balance-sheet, Mr Cameron stated that there was not .much to say when their company was so successful. Every shareholder must, indeed, feel satisfied with the results which have been obtained from the claim. In tho previous vear tho conpany ha.d j 'dends 33s in tho £, and it was hardly anticipated that this would be repeated, but, however, this had been done by the company during the past year. The speaker stated that he had recently visited the claim, and had found everything very satisfactory, while prospects were very bright indeed. Mr Robinson moved a vote of thanks to the directors, who, hefeaid, had done splendid work for the shareholders, and had worked most unselfishly in the interests of the latter.
