BULGARIA AND TURKEY.
DIVISION OF TERRITORY. (Received Last Night, 10.5 o'clock.) ' VIENNA,. Sept. 2. Bulgaria offers Turkey the greater part ; of Adrianople, reserving Karagatch and Kirkillisseh. She demands the razing of the Adrianople fortifications and the cession of a strip of ten kilometers to the east of Mairitza, giving protection to the railway following the river, which Bulgaria intends to make navigable •from Adrianople.
