BAGDAD RAILWAY.
FRANOO-GERM AN AGREEMENT 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received August 28, 8.30 a.m.) PARTS, August 27. An agreenent has been concluded between Germany and France respecting the Bagdad railway. The concurrence of Britain and Russia was obtained. - The agreement eliminates friction and rivalry in Asia Minor. THE POWERS CONCERNED. (Received Last Night, 9.56 o'clock.) PARIS, August 28. . It is stated that Britain will sign an agreement to the effect that she is not interested in thei Bagdad railway, for Bagdad, fn the meanwhile, is a French settlement. Germany is making progress by giving tho latter liberty of action in connection with the railway, in return for certain railway concessions in Syria, on the shores of the Black Sea.
