FULLER DIVORCE SUIT.

DECREE NISI GRANTED. (By Tekgravh-—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The hearing of the Fuller divorce catse was concluded late this iafternoon. The jury, after three hours' retirement, returned with an eleven to one verdict in favor of the petitioner, John Fuller, jun., on the ground of the misconduct of respondent, Gertrude Fuller,-with 00-respond-ent, Henry Harris, of Sydney. A decree nisi was granted, to become absolute in three months, petitioner to have the intari-n custody of the child. Costs of both parties were allowed against the co-respondent.
