A young woman sought annulment of her marriage on the ground that iier husband during tho courtship had "been guilty of false representations regarding his finances and social standing. Tho Judge, in dismissing the petition, remarked that during tJte mental exultation accompanying courtship statements regarding the mental, moral, and financial qualifications of the parties must not be too closely examined.
