/ ANNUAL EEPORT. The following report is to be submitted: at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Nireaha Co-opera-tive Dairy Company (Ltd):— During the season advances were made to suppliers amounting-to £12,711 'ss Bd, at the rate of lid per lb. of butter fat. With the balance due to suppliers, £2021 19s 7d, payments will have totalled ],2fd per lb for butter fat. Your directors have written off £129 10s for depreciation of buildings and machinery, andl recommend that,£so be placed! to reserve account, and a dividend of 6 per cent be paid on all paid up capital, which will absorb £l4B 10s 4d, leaving a balance of £25 5s to carry forward. Milk received, 7,277,4101b5; butter fat received, 277,300.771b5; average test, 3.8f; cheese made, 761,5451b5; amount of milk to Ub 5 4; amount cheese to lib fat, 2.74.
