TWO HUNDRED REBELS KILLED YUAN SHIH-KAI'S ELECTION ASSURED. (Keceived Last Night, 10.5 o'clock.) ■ PEKIN, August 13. A thousand Government troops mear Shanghai defeated fifteen hundred rebels. Two hundred of the latter were killed in a bayonet charge. The Parliament at Pekin is drafting rules of procedure. Yuan Shih-Kai's election to the Presidency is regarded as assured.
