PANAMA EXPOSITION.
THE BRITISH EXHIBIT. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.30 o'clock.) LONDON, August 12. In the House of Commons, the Hon. Sydney Buxton, President of the Board of Trade, circulated a paper showing that the British exhibits were being confined to a series of pavilions at the Panama tion, which precluded an effective national display.
