MEDICAL CONGRESS.
THE DELEGATES BANQUETTED. A GUEAT GATHERING. (.Received Last Might, 10.10 o'clock./ LONDON* August 6. The Government banquetted fir© hundred of the Medical Association delegates at the Hotel Ce«il. Lord Morley, who presided, said it was genuinely an interaational gathering of the brightest stars, in the medical firmament. The subjects to be discussed were rich witk comprehensive dreams. Their pace would not readily be materialised, but the Congress would not fail to be a real and powerful unifying agent. Prince Arthur of Connaught opens the deliberations of the Congress in the Albert Hall to-day. « Twenty-three halls hare been secured to accommodate the different sections. Six hundred papers will be read. The discussions will be conducted in certain sections in English, French, Germany, and Italian, and at least one section in Esperanto. •
