THE STOLEN NECKLACE.

A FRENCH THEORY. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PARIS, August 3. Mr Niclausse, Assistant Chief Detective, has informed Mr Solomons, the consigner of the missing peari necklace that his inquiries have shown that the necklace was not stolen in the post-out. The seals were intact, and could only .have been fixed in London. The inner seals were intact when the package arrived. It is evient that either the theft occurred at Solomon's house in Paris, and the thief's accomplice in London affixed wax seals similar to Solomon's, or it was committed In London after it left the Post Office, and before delivery at Mayer's office.
